1. Introduction and Agreement

Welcome to Ludo Supreme Gold ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other rules or policies posted on the Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following criteria to use our Service:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of India.
• You must not be a resident of any state where playing online games for real money is prohibited by law. Currently, residents of Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, Sikkim, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh are not permitted to participate in real money games on our platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may require you to provide proof of age, identity, and residence (KYC).

3. User Account and Conduct

Account Registration

To use our Service, you must register for an account using a valid mobile number. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Creating more than one account per person.
• Using any cheats, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify or automate the Service.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players.
• Using the Service for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Harassing, abusing, or harming another person or group.
• Attempting to disrupt or overburden our servers or networks.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any winnings, without notice.

4. Deposits, Winnings, and Withdrawals

Ludo is a "game of skill" as recognized by the Supreme Court of India. The outcome of the game depends on your strategy and skill, not solely on chance.

• Deposits: You can add funds to your account using the payment methods available on the platform. All transactions are final and non-refundable.
• Winnings: Winnings are credited to your account wallet after a game concludes. We reserve the right to reverse or cancel any winnings obtained through fraudulent or unfair means.
• Withdrawals: You can request a withdrawal of your winnings subject to completing our KYC verification process. Withdrawals will be processed to your verified bank account or UPI ID. Processing times may vary.
• Taxes: You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes on your winnings as required by Indian law. We may deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) on winnings where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including the Ludo Supreme Gold brand, logos, graphics, software, and text, is the exclusive property of the Company and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or your inability to use the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you may forfeit any balance in your account.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
